Friday, October 28th
Breakfast on your own and campus visits.
12:00 pm Golf—2 tee times at Egwani Farms Golf Course, on Singleton Station Rd off Alcoa

6:30 Reception—Bring your own liquor and wine—beers $2.50 each.
7:30 – 8:30pm Dinner Buffet
8:30 – 9:30pm Program – with JJ Clark and UT Track Staff, Chris Fuller UTAD, Blake Johnson
and Olympian Sam Graddy on the new indoor track followed by REMEMBERANCES by
“Assorted Over the Hill Vol Trackmen”.

Saturday, October 29th
Golf again – 2 tee times at 8:00 & 8:10am at Egwani Farms

2:00pm—Tale Gate REUNION Luncheon – at the home of Bill & Joyce High—9118 Westland Dr,
Knoxville–(865-769-7302)–$25.00/person for the caterer—Pay by cash or check @ luncheon
(Directions – Go South on Ebanezer off Kingston Pike in the Cedar Bluff area, Right off
Ebanezer onto Westland at the Gettysvue Golf Course.

The Lettermans Lounge in the Stadium will open at 5:15pm.
7:15pm—UT/South Carolina Kickoff

Sunday, October 30th
No daytime agenda as many will depart. However, the cross-country men & wives staying over
for the SEC XC Meet will have dinner together at 6:00pm at Calhouns West, 10020 Kingston
Pike at Pellisippi Pkwy (look for a barn and silo) (SEC XC Map and info available at dinner).

Monday, October 31st
10:00am SEC XC Championships at Lambert Acres Golf Course in Maryville.


The Chuck Rohe Track Era

In 1962 the University of Tennessee hired a young track coach, Chuck Rohe. The next nine years, along with the Stan Huntsman era to follow, began the most successful era of SEC track & field and cross-country dominance in the school’s history.
