David H. Scire
David Scire of Bedford ,Texas died March 23, 2003 at the age of 54.
David was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on April 21, 1984.
David graduated from Hattiesburg, MS High School in 1966. David was a track star running the mile in one of the fastest times ever run in the state of Mississippi – 4 minutes and 15 seconds on the old cinder track at San Antonio Field.
David attended the University of Tennessee on a track and cross country scholarship and continued to win numerous championships including the SEC mile in 1969 in a time of 4:04.9.
David served in the US Air Force for eleven years from March of 1972 through August of 1983.
David married Vickie Stennett in 1994 and is survived by her.
